It's pizza, ordered the 4 cheese 18" and asked for 2 things. 1 to add oregano and 2 for the pie to be cooked well done. As a first impression its a family owned pizzeria, polite and fast service. Now the pizza looks good but one bite that's the rules. The slice was floppy, not cooked all the way which is what I was afraid of and why I asked for it to be well done. Still floppy, undercarriage looked undercooked. There was no crunch and you couldn't tell there were 4 different cheeses. On that note the cheese was light for a 4 cheese and for 26$ I'd expect more cheese especially on a specialty pizza. So if you're looking for pizza and don't mind quality. There's a company that sells the exact experience for 5$ a pop.
