Contessa's Pizzeria

Straight out of the oven, the pizza was on fire and greasy. Let it cool off a little before and it was very good, crust is a little burnt and crispy and cheese and sauce compliment well, not the fanciest of places but makes good Sunday pizza

Contessa Pizza - North Canton, OH Forgot the bump up for the owner being big on quality cook, so that’s why you hear 6.9 but see 7. Could easily be a 7.5-7.8 range with more sauce and more evenly distributed cheese. Quality pies here at Contessas.

Very good slice, the sauce makes it. If only the dough was crispier.

This is a solid slice of pizza. Consistency is the way to get my heart and Contessa is very close. Crunchy and crispy crust for a nice bite (only one of course). All around good hole in the wall pizza place that loves to treat their customers well.
