Conversion wood fired pizza is a must try if you're in Lebanon OR. Best pizza in town hands down. First the downside: it's a very thin crusted greasy, soft, pizza. That's my #1 and only complaint. Beyond that it is a delicious pie. The outer crust is very crispy, perfectly cooked, a nice chewy texture inside. The sauce is flavorful without dominating. Great ingredients all around. The sausage is thin sliced not crumbled and has a really nice flavor. The atmosphere and people at Conversion are to notch. I'd give it a high 8's score if the middle crust was a little firmer.
