Took in May 2018 - Made a random side of the road pittstop with my girlfriend and figured why not try the pizza. The staff was super nice, and beer was great, but the pizza was extremely tasty and had a lot of awesome flavors from what I believe is the 4 different types of cheese they use. Great bite, we both highly recommend to all. Note I originally scored a 7.1 but enjoyed it so much it got a 7.7 final.

Good service, chill atmosphere. Pizza is solid, nice undercarriage, minimal flop. Their beer is tasty too.

Conversion wood fired pizza is a must try if you're in Lebanon OR. Best pizza in town hands down. First the downside: it's a very thin crusted greasy, soft, pizza. That's my #1 and only complaint. Beyond that it is a delicious pie. The outer crust is very crispy, perfectly cooked, a nice chewy texture inside. The sauce is flavorful without dominating. Great ingredients all around. The sausage is thin sliced not crumbled and has a really nice flavor. The atmosphere and people at Conversion are to notch. I'd give it a high 8's score if the middle crust was a little firmer.

I know it’s not the gold medal (cheese pizza) pizza but it was a solid pie. Sauce had a bit of tang to it and the crust was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area.
