Greasy, Doughy with lots of flop!

Pictured is the sausage and mushroom ordered “well done on top”. The za looked better than it tasted to be honest. I had high hopes after seeing what looks like a perfectly cooked pizza. I found the ingredients were a bit too bland for me. I would have liked more sauce and either add some fennel to the sausage, or mix in some more flavorful mushrooms. Still a good pie, but wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again. It’s also rather small for a $22 pie. It took up about half of the box, so definitely more of a fancy/date pizza. Awesome ambiance and decor inside. I had takeout, but would definitely go back and wet inside with a beer.

Sausage Mushroom and Sweet Cherry Pepper Pepperoni. Great crust. Great flavor.

Great sauce, seasoning, dough, and cheese combination. It has a very good chewy to crunchy ratio and is a very well made artisan pizza!

Great taste, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked. But a lot of flop and I am not a fan of square cuts! That being said, worth it to stop in and eat for sure!

This is artisan pizza at its best. The “not so traditional margarita “ is damn good! You want good pizza that’s a little different this is it! Well worth the stop!
