Spicy meat (I know, not regular cheese) good sauce, nice crunch on the crust. Lacking flavor overall though. Solid pie

And unexpected fair pizza in Quito Ecuador. You can tell it was a fresh sauce with a decent cheese. Crust is what really hurt this one. No flavor. Could be a little saltier overall or have some pop or tang with the sauce. Wouldn’t come all the way back here from the USA for a slice. But good for the area.
