Needed a spot closeby to Consiglio's in Morristown, Jersey just to write a review. Because this was definitely a sleeper hit of the festival.
Definitely go there if you live in the area. It's a nicer, New York artisan pie that still doesn't put on any airs.
Hint of sweetness sauce, nice balance of fresh mozzarella and sauce. Dough was airer than almost every other spot that day. Crispy, light to moderate chew, well done without going too crazy on the char, us finishing basil. It doesn't need a finishing hard cheese.
Good stuff.
