Cosimo’s is located inside the Mall. Might be the best Food Court pizza i have ever had, which isn’t saying much. Mall Pizza is most generally almost as bad as Hockey Pizza. This pizza surprised me though. The dough had a really nice crisp from first bite to last. The ratio of dough sauce and cheese was almost spot on. I think it lacked just a bit of sauce. The cheese was super soft. I dont like hard rubbery cheese, but this is almost cheese paste its so soft. That being said, i still thought it was pretty tasty. Sauce lacked flavor. The crisp is doing all the heavy lifting here and is solely whats keeping this slice afloat for me. Also, the place is run by an old Italian guy. I like that he was all business. He didn’t jazz anything up or try to sweet talk me all “buddy-buddy”. Old angry Italian guys automatically get an extra decimal point which just barely puts this slice into the 7’s. Rookie fuckin’ score Frankie. Running low on spots to eat in Rochester that look appealing. Wouldnt of eaten here if i wasnt forced. All you people need here in the ROC, is Peels on Wheels. If you haven’t eaten there, i suggest you try it. Take it from me, i’ve got almost 200 reviews. I know where you can find that “Real Guinea Shit”. Gividduh me!!!
