A LOT of flop. This thing is like lava, burnt my tongue clean out my mouth. The sauce isn’t as tangy as I like, it’s good though. Wow the crust, great crisp. Sounded like I had fireworks in my mouth. I don’t know if I’d say this is an excellent pie. But I’d give it a great, ya that’s a great slice any day of the week
