This place is a gem in the middle of nowhere Indiana. Went about a year ago but the business was not yet on One Bite. Place has nice vibes and a monster of an Italian stone oven. You can tell the owner thoughtfully invested a lot into this place. Got the cheese, hot honey, and chicken bacon pies. All delicious. Nice undercarriage with crisp bites throughout. Cheese perfectly baked. My only compliant is there was way too much semolina/fine flour on the bottom. I understand this is a QC to make sure the dough doesn’t stick for the cooks, but this pizza has high 7 potential otherwise.
Would absolutely comeback here if I’m ever out this way for some reason.
