I’ll be the first to admit…. ROOKIE SCORE. But I simply can’t go 7.9 and it just isn’t an 8.1. Great pie. Light for the thickness. Pesto gives it some pop. Sweeter sauce than usual. Light char on the bottom was a nice little surprise. I would prefer a bit firmer undercarriage but a great pie for the area and was happy to try the one they are “known for”: the “Grabdma Pie”. I would absolutely order again. Light, fresh, and legitimate.
