Hopefully this is my last one before New Years. Come 2021 I'm not touching a slice or doing another review until Christ has risen. Waist line is expanding and I'm tired of looking at my triple chin. Well back to the review, it was served luke warm. Cheese was solid but if served hotter it would have tasted better, sauce was nice but was missing something, and the dough really threw me off. The undercarriage had marginal crisp but extremely doughy. It was almost like a shell. I think it was over floured. Scores were too high in my opinion. Above average but doesn't knock your boots off.
