1 cheese slice, 1:30pm on a Friday, $3.50
Pros: This is a delicious slice of cheese. Hits the right combo of crispy crunch yet touch of softness in the dough above. Great tasting sauce and a fair amount, some saucy bites were pizza perfection. I could eat this every day.
Cons: $3.50 is a little high for a cheese slice. It's not common but I know a good place where I can get 2 slices for that amount. What's worse is the $10 card minimum. I had a five spot and cards only, but I'm not looking to rack up $10 in total just so I can use my card - so I couldn't afford a drink to go with my slice.
Verdict: I debated hard on whether this gets the 8 or if I wanna dock the score because I couldn't buy a drink with it. Ultimately, it was too tasty to knock into the 7's.
