Crust & Brew

Disappointed. I travel for a living, eaten pizza in every corner, state in the U.S, I’ve had tons of NY style pizza. This isn’t close. In fact it’s very average. Bland crust which is sad considering that’s the name “crust”, sauce same uneventful. I wouldn’t go out of my way for a slice of this. Not terrible, just not good.

The Karla. What a pizza. No flop. Perfect crust. Sweet San marzano tomatoes. Needs a little more flavor in the sauce but a little red pepper flake does the job.

Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, and it was great! Pretty light pizza, and not too doughy. And the sauce isn’t like your typical sauce, it’s been properly seasoned, with ample with amounts of basil Also, there was hardly any grease, which was surprising given the meat toppings. This could be attributed to quality cheese, which was amazing. The only downside is that the sausage is seasoned extremely heavily with fennel seed, almost overbearing.
