Really good wood fire on the pizza and not too floppy

Very good pie. Good char on the crust but it fades as you get to the center of the pie, producing some flop. Great taste and the cupped pepperoni is great. Would have been a 7.8 a 7-9 with better char and less flop. Overall very good.
