CRUST PIZZA DELI & RESTAURANT

Forgot flop test, very soft, no crunch or crisp at all. Not a bad slice overall

This pizza looks far better than it tastes; my eyes LIT up when I opened the box but my tongue was disappointed. Delicious crust tho

Real wood-fired oven. I think it falls short of its potential. It might be better fresh out of the over rather than sitting in a box first.

I think all of the other people that have scored this place on the app were smoking crack before they came here... there isn’t a lot of great pizza in this area.. I mean people that live here think colliseo is a great pizza place.. this is the best I’ve had in the area. I’ve only been here for a couple years but this is a quality pizza much better than what I’ve had around here

So when this place opened, they said “no slices” ~ it was supposed to be individual pies & regular pies. But then he caved in ~ probably because he’s nestled in the middle of a dozen dealerships and that’s his bread & butter. He’s gotta feed the guys walking in wanting a quick slice or 2. I think this hurt him, because although this looks like a great slice, it wasn’t. Very floppy. The crust tastes good, but superflop. It was reheated. He has a brick oven in there. I just that style is way better fresh. I’ve had the individual pie and it was better. The place was redone from old owner who lasted about 6 months tops. Looks much better. Seems like good people in there now. The original owner from before that was the best of the 3 owners... wonder where he went... anyway 7.2 on the reheated. I’d suggest getting an individual pie if you come here.

The pizza was decent overall. I expected more of a crisper crust especially with a pizzeria named Crust. I enjoyed the Sicilian slice a little more.
