Pizza Review
Authentic Italian/Neapolitan Style Pizza (“I know, because I’ve been to Italy” - Dave Portnoy). Fresh ingredients, most of which are imported from Italy, include authentic buffalo mozzarella and Italian flour for the dough (made fresh every morning). You honestly taste the fresh ingredients and the wood fired process. I say this this pizza is in the high “9’s” for North Carolina, but I haven’t experienced the big hitters out of NY to compare it too... I usually spring for the Margeritha or the Americano (which has the most amazing Pepperonis).
