First things first. I am by no means a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza expert. My experience with this style is limited to chains like Unos. My score is based on taste alone. The sauce is really good and the crust is very buttery. I was hoping it to be cheesier on the inside, it was cheesy but not that long pull cheeses you see on the internet. Still a good tasting pie.
