Pizza Review
Great looking pizza but the dough was under cooked, massive flop. It’s a shame because the sauce and cheese were top notch. Disappointing because I took a small detour on the way down to NJ from Montreal. The owner, Rocco, gave me a tour of the side kitchen and told me all about the background and history of the store. But his workers let him down; you gotta get the basics right of cooking the pizza dough correctly.
