Del Ponte's Coal Fired Pizza

Del Pontes Coal Fire. Amazing freshness barely any flop and very light. Sauce is really tasty as is the fresh mozzarella. My go to in this area by far!! Excellent pizza!! And try the cannoli’s from the bakery my top cannoli at 9.5.

Great coal fired taste. Best crust I’ve tasted so far in Jersey. It’s more of a Neapolitan style. Advice would be to eat it there. Can’t let it sit. It was more chewy than crispy. Pepperoni is on point. We dogged the whole pie, but no need to go back. On to the next one.

This is our home town pizza place before the fame. Go there get a couple personal pies, take your shorty to the ocean, much em down on the tail gate. ZrrrrrrupPEACE

Did not get margherita. Opted for hostess' suggestion... It is the Vinnie pie. This shitZ bumped it up a few notches. Sausage a+. Real ricotta... Added jala's to spice the bitch up... Wonder ful tasting dough ...and hella crisp on back end. Worth a 6 hr drive...go get sum

Amazing pie! Sauce prefect amount of toppings!

I really wanted this to be good, i even tried to argue the sauce (which was average) helped elevate the score because the crust was such a deception. I expected a nice crisp bite and was left chewing it like a piece of bubble yum. Don’t be fooled! This is not crispy nor does it live up to the hype.
