Delray Pizza

Wow what a surprise this was! I ordered a few different slices. Plain cheese for the review, Sicilian, grandma slice, vodka slice... Reviewing based on standard cheese slice. Really great undercarriage, caught me off guard actually. Great crisp for a NY slice. Sauce was not sweet which is my preference. I don't hate sweet sauces but I'm a more traditional sauce kind of guy. I felt like the sauce had a good hint of garlic to it. NOT a greasy pizza at all which is plus! Cheese had good flavor and it was the perfect amount. Really excellent pizza. Crust was nothing special, it was average... regarding the other slices here is their review within its own category.. Sicilian (7.5), grandma (7.3), vodka (8.0).
