Delray Pizza

Wow what a surprise this was! I ordered a few different slices. Plain cheese for the review, Sicilian, grandma slice, vodka slice... Reviewing based on standard cheese slice. Really great undercarriage, caught me off guard actually. Great crisp for a NY slice. Sauce was not sweet which is my preference. I don't hate sweet sauces but I'm a more traditional sauce kind of guy. I felt like the sauce had a good hint of garlic to it. NOT a greasy pizza at all which is plus! Cheese had good flavor and it was the perfect amount. Really excellent pizza. Crust was nothing special, it was average... regarding the other slices here is their review within its own category.. Sicilian (7.5), grandma (7.3), vodka (8.0).

lil flop Definitely great spot to go that specialty pepperoni absolutely terrific. Very on greasy side but 8.1 for that. But real score the cheese good Simple well balanced. If only it had more crisp so 7.6

Sauce needs a little work. It’s good

Following many leads on this place, being great on the local food sites. 1. Very efficient staff multitasking and pumping out a variety of orders in a short amount of time. 2. Slice was picture perfect. This is true NY pizza. The decor inside had NY items all over. 3. Cheese was top notch. Sauce was very good and had an abundance of flavor. The dough also had good flavor to it, and was baked off perfectly!
