DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

Plain slice required multiple bites due to the hype. Dave and community are loony tunes. This falls flat compared to Brooklyn, New Haven and Philly’s best. Quality, execution and crisp is top notch. Maybe the execution is ten. So what! Taste is way too vanilla to be considered special . This is 7.8 all day. This is only travel worthy in the land of crispy takes priority over taste. Not one ingredient jumps out as excellent. Bonus sausage and broccoli rabe rocks- 8.4 Bonus tomato pie- Awesome, but not even on the same planet as Philly at 8.6 Bonus clam- compared to New Haven it’s a joke- 7.2 Looking forward to my next visit to Brooklyn or New Haven for an antidote. If you insist on trying this overhyped nonsense at least do yourself a favor and check out the tomato pie. If you know Philly tomato pie, don’t go here period.
