DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

For an hour drive from where I live, wasn't exactly worth what we got. Pizza was great when steaming, but lost quality quickly when cooled off.

Crunch, cheese, crust all elite. Sauce was kinda mid though

WTFFFF!! Saw the pizza god (dave) give this place a 9.4. As a foodie myself, this was outright aggregate!!! I posted up around the block and thought i would share a heart filled review on this pie. 0.6, this was disgraceful to us foodies.

The dough and chesse definitely elevate this pizza to the next level. Also the crunch on this pizza can not be beat but the only reason why it can’t be above a 9 is because the sauce is bland but if you season the pizza it will help elevate the flavor a little more.

Composition is unbeatable (crust, crunch undercarriage) flavor wasn’t the most impressive I’ve ever had.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed…could have just been a bad batch of dough but this didn’t live up to the hype. Sauce was very good, cheese was solid but I expected more from the crust. I wouldn’t drive an hour and a half again and wait almost 2 hours for it.

really good pizza, you can tell the ingrate high quality. it’s a little on the sweeter side. the crust comes out too charred for me so this time i asked if they could bake it light. they did, and it was much better that way for me.

Can’t argue. A fantastic slice. Great taste. Even the crust is delicious.

Don’t know if it’s the Covid vaccine that has messed with everyone’s taste buds but wow this pizza doesn’t deserve anything over 6. Way over hyped.
