Neapolitan pizza made in a wood oven. I really liked it. A Neapolitan purest might find some flaws with it but I think it didn’t take away from the pie. Fresh ingredients, and a nice sauce. Outer crust while thinner was still airy and cooked nicely. The center unlike a traditional Neapolitan was not undercooked so it stayed close to upright when holding it. I’d say if you’re not a fan of Neapolitan pizza this might be one you’d like.
