Dewey's Pizza - Overland Park

Good crisp. Nice undercarriage. Would like a little more sauce and less grease. But overall a good slice.

Not bad, would eat again. Nice place, but pizza could use some work. Sauce was good, cheese decent, way too much flop. Service was quality though.

Flop for days. Very doughy not in a good way. The sauce had a bit of tang the cheese was average at best. I wanted to give this place a great score but damn it needs work. Zero crisp zero... I also got a pizza with toppings, the bronx bomber. It was like it had never been in the oven.. toppings were not even kind of cooked. Dont get me wrong this pizza is better than most chains, but only just. Disappointed.

good ‘za. crust is firm no flop. pretty tasty too. sauce is good but the cheese is what makes it. that’s a 7.9, frankie.

Definitely a specialty pizza spot. Order Dr Dre / Meatball. Sauce and cheese were on point with the meatball. Dr Dre was a weird mix, but ok. Crispy crust with A fluffy texture.

Originally from STL, Dewey’s takes a departure from the classic, and in my opinion, bland STL provel cheese, wafer thin cracker crust approach..and instead delivers a solid hand tossed pie that appeals to cheese and sauce lovers of ‘MERICA. Perfectly salted Mozzarella with a tangy red sauce marks this slice. The crust is airy with an nice outer crunch..nothing fancy. I wish it had a more semolina flour punch..but it works well with a nice ranch sauce dip.. Worth a stop in a city that is more defined for its BBQ than it’s Pies..
