Dewey's Pizza - University of Dayton

One of my go to pizza small regional chains . I have always liked and enjoyed these pies . The crust has a good undercarriage, a good bit of flop when hot but firms up as it cools . Crust is doughy but still good, good blend of cheese with a hit of garlic oil taste which I like , the red sauce has the right sweetness , it’s a very good pie . Years ago I asked if they would chop up the sausage into smaller chunks and they wouldn’t but it’s still good the way it is . Personal preference would like a smaller side salad which was very good and tasty . Also wish they would add some potato chip options as well. Never had a bad experience here in Columbus and the young female staff from UD were very friendly . Worth the drive or visit if your in area of one these pizzeria’s
