Dewey's Pizza - University of Dayton

Super flop, but the taste was phenomenal. If it would’ve been a little more crisp, easily in the 8s.

Had higher expectations for this pizza. Had good undercarriage but everything else was very bland. I won’t be returning.

First time I had this pizza I didn’t care for it much, but something must’ve changed my second go around. Very flavorful and what I would describe as a hearty pizza. Very good party pizza for work luncheons.

Needed more oven time. Sauce was good however the crust had zero flavor. Place was clean and service was wonderful.

Am I at Dewey’s? No, but I’m here to tell you that Dewey’s is the best pizza in the Dayton Area. Eat there and tell me that I’m wrong.

Good tang, love the thin crust, solid pie

I’ve heard people rave about this pie, but I wasn’t blown back. The sauce had a nice tang to it, but the crust was tasteless.

The traditional cheese slice was good, the crust and belly of the pizza was well done, but not burnt and had good crunch. The cheese was good and pulled well without being too stringy. The sauce was good, but could use some more tang or spice. This is a good average base pizza. Their specialty pizza, however, I would rate in the mid 7’s. Definitely recommend the Dr. Dre Specialty Pizza. Great pizza to kick back and watch a game and have a couple beers with the boys.

Really good crust, a tangy sauce with stringy cheese. Was a bit greasy but a solid pie overall.

Anyone who gives this pizza a rating above a 6 should be banned from one bite. Average at best

Delicious. Dewey’s makes a great pizza. The Edgar Allan Poe is my personal favorite.

Solid pie. Thin and crispy with mouthwatering sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. No grease and the crust has a nice crunch to it. Favorite Pizza in the UD area.
