Nice char and not much flop. We had a regular cheese with pepperoni, fennel sausage and sliced Olives. Could have used more sauce and mozzarella. Solid wood fired oven pizza.

The best pizza west of the Mississippi that I’ve had. Extremely well prepared food. Tastes great. Good vibe. Perfect New Haven style pizza. I highly recommend. Also had the pepperoni and it was one of the better pepperoni pizzas I’ve had. Sensational food!

This pizza is as close to New Haven as it gets. They use White Pine wood fired. The char and the flavors along with the Cruch!! Outstanding!! A total must if your anywhere near Portland!!

Pretty solid New Haven style pizza. A little tangy, but other than that the crust, cheese and ingredients are great. My favorite spot in the PNW so far.
