Alright Frankie… as I type this I’m contemplating a 6.9 or 7.1. It’s a good pizza! I’m sticking with a 6.9 and here is why. The think crust is great! The crust is crispy and awesome! The undercarriage is a little softer which if it was like the crust we’d be at a 7.1 for sure. The cheese is tasty, but looks like there’s a lot of it when you get to the middle pieces. And the sauce is average. Doesn’t stand out but isn’t bad! So, good crunchy crust, tasty but a lot of cheese, and normal sauce! A tasty pizza!

So in fairness the real strength of this pizza is just how much of it you can eat in one sitting, which is somewhat the opposite of one bite. The crust is very thin, perhaps too thin I thought at first, but as I ate more and more of it I realized the reason for this. The pizza’s sauce with its mild yet pleasant sweetness provides the excellent base for the rich cheese blend that constitutes most of this pizza. Of note is how surprisingly not greasy this pizza is considering how cheesy it is. As a cheese lover, this is absolutely excellent and is now counted amongst my favorite pizzas. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
