And I even feel like I may have gone too low. Sauce - not too pervasive but enough to be know. Cheese - great flavor, proportioned perfect with the sauce and nicely melted onto the pie. Crust was astounding - just the right amount of doughy quality but superb, charcoaled undercarriage that brought authenticity to the brick oven name. Could have easily been a 9.5+ if they actually had more of that spice blend flavor and if the cheese made more of an impression
