Only got a small because i was eating in the go, but very good pizza..A little heavier in the cheese than I normally like, but nice crust (firm but not crispy or burnt like coal fire pizza) held it well. Sauce was on point. Pizza was hot out of the oven and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Location is only a couple minutes off I-95 making it a quick and convenient stop. Will definitely be back!

Dave’s review explained exactly what this pizza was. Great crisp on the crust, with a very nice flavor on the sauce and cheese. Unlike Dave though, I am totally fine with the heaviness that comes from a bit of extra cheese, especially when the cheese is as fresh as this one is. Very good and up there with some of the best pizza I’ve had!

OK, it’s good, you could even argue 7.3 or 7.4, but it’s not higher than that. If you are adding parm, that means the cheese blend needs a bit of tang. I think this pizza would be better with pepperoni but of course we score the cheese. Nice and thin with crunch on the edges as you can hear. But I can’t go higher, sorry.

And I even feel like I may have gone too low. Sauce - not too pervasive but enough to be know. Cheese - great flavor, proportioned perfect with the sauce and nicely melted onto the pie. Crust was astounding - just the right amount of doughy quality but superb, charcoaled undercarriage that brought authenticity to the brick oven name. Could have easily been a 9.5+ if they actually had more of that spice blend flavor and if the cheese made more of an impression

4.50 for a Sicilian slice. Thin crust solid as well.

I prefer Greek style pizza, and this is Italian, but it’s probably the best Italian style pizza I’ve ever tried. Nothing to complain about here. The cheese blend has great flavour with a classic texture, minimal grease. Sauce is seasoned perfectly and has a great taste, the SCR (sauce to cheese ratio) is spot on. Crust is neither too thick or too thin- just right, minimal flop. It’s got a nice crunch on the outside with a softer, chewy center. This pizza is classic, solid and deserving of the high marks.

First review, love this whole one bite concept, everybody knows the rules. Anyways, pretty good, heavier on the cheese but tasting great, mild flop, authentic sauce.

Very good pizza. (I got double pineapple), really nice fresh dough, good sauce, not too greasy. Overall really good pizza, definitely will be back

Crispy, flavorful, not greasy, no flop, unbelievably awesome chewy crust. This place cannot miss. The new go to!! Last four times I’ve gone they’re out of the park
