Great slice, cheese is high quality and crust is very good. Overall very pleased with this slice. Inside is also new and clean.

Established in 1983, this joint is serving some of the thickest football pizzas I’ve ever seen. Super soft & ultra doughy, each slice is like a whole loaf of bread, equal to 3 regular slices stacked on top of each other. A massive, overflowing, overstuffed, overly filling football pizza on steroids, this pie could cure world hunger. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a thicker non-deep dish or non-Sicilian pizza; and hopefully you pump iron at the gym, cause this box weighs a ton. Aside from the gigantic size & ridiculous levels of thickness, the dough is fairly tasty with zero flop and the undercarriage actually has decent char, despite a total absence of crisp or crunch, surrounded by a pillow-soft mountain of crust. Matching the mega thickness of the dough is the substantially thick & heavy cheese. A creamy & delicious shredded mozzarella blend with a wonderfully melty consistency, it’s just a little too excessive & filling just like the dough. A tad watery & slightly chunky, the sauce is relatively sweet but lacks a little zip & zest. Mostly above average flavor, the sauce could use a touch of tang, something to make it more distinctive. Overall, this is just an overwhelming amount of dough & mozz to go along with a sauce that doesn’t particularly shine. This is actually a perfect family pie if you have a lot of kids to feed; one slice could keep them full for the day and you get plenty of bang for your buck. But for me, this beast of a football pizza is just too big, too thick, too doughy, too cheesy & too excessive for my liking.

These guys are affiliated with Espositos in Valhalla The regular slice had a nice sauce with a hint of sweet but could have had more spice but otherwise excellent 7.4* The Buffalo chicken slice was awesome, great kick to the sauce, and a very heavy amount of cheese which made it even better 8.0* *Both slices had decent crunch and good undercarriage but suffer from a doughy crust which I felt was slightly undercooked which I gave a 0.2 penalty for each slice, which was factored in the score* Great but not perfect

Doughy and floppy. Nice sauce tho. Maybe it wasn’t a fresh pie. Wish it had crunch. Nice flavor but def a heavy footbally slice.

Good crispy crust. Bland sauce. A little greasy. But certainly not bad. Football pizza.

Served warm in 1 minute on the dot. Good hard W.C.C crisp and no Valhalla flop. The sauce is elegant and well seasoned with a nice tang. Super high quality mozzarella that is a little oily. The star of the show is the dough recipe. I could just eat the cooked dough and be extremely satisfied. This is the BEST dough I have had, EVER! Perfectly executed from start to finish, simply mind blowing. This should be an 8.4 but I have to subtract for the overall amount of dough in the slice and for it being served warm. I will eat here whenever I pass through Valhalla. 💯%🔥🔥🔥!

Thin but firm could be taken many ways, but not with this review. D&V’s was a great find. Thin and firm crust with no flop. The crust is, at times, too firm but still great. I had the bbq chicken and it was fantastic. Perfectly spiced and cooked just right.

I love this pizza. Slightly higher review than my last visit. Someone commented on a review that it’s “doughy”, I agree but I will said that the their dough is always fermented fully and has great texture and bubbles so the extra thick parts of the dough do not bother me. There’s NO FLOP, perfect, crispy undercarriage. Great sauce (could use a touch more) and high quality cheese. I think it’s a fantastic slice. Hovers in the high 7’s and low 8’s. To me, this is great neighborhood “Bronx Style” pizza. Best in White Plains and one of the best in Westchester county, but off the path and not a destination. It’s thicker than my favorite (Johnny’s Mount Vernon) but quality and a go-to slice when in the area. Plain slices move fast here, always fresh. Bonus Review: Broccoli Calzones are also killer - 8.5!

I ordered a large sausage and mushroom pizza on an app and asked for it to be cooked well done. The pizza was loaded generously with sausage and mushrooms, more than double of any other pie I ordered from other pizzerias. This large pie was heavy and the size was also bigger than any other pizza I have had. There also was a generous amount of cheese and the sauce was a good basic tomato. The crust was also a little thicker than most pizzas which I like but if you like thin than you probably won’t be happy. My only complaint was that the pizza was not cooked well done as I requested. If it was I would have given this an 8.6.

The crust was the star of the show. Agreed with with everyone that said it was too doughy. Way to heavy to be football pizza. Awesome undercarriage but think it held great bc of the lack sauce. Couldn't put it in the 7's

Great sauce, cheese, flavor, and structure. Slices are doughy, but have a good balance of crisp and chew. Definitely can compete with the best of Westchester!

Good pizza. Hard to find nice thick Sicilian pizza anymore. This guy has it and it’s good nice and gummy under the cheese with crisp crust. Plain slice good too . Sauce good cheese good

Score is for the regular slice, square is about the same though (it suffers from a too-thick slab of fresh mozz). Regular slice is nice and flavorful. Crust is crunchy but with lots of doughy structure that precludes any flop. Overall a nice neighborhood slice

All you taste is dough

Delicious plain slice. The cheese and sauce are great. Only thing keeping it from the 8’s is the slice is a little too doughy for my taste.

Perfectly balanced slice. Proportions of cheese, sauce and dough are spot on.
