Dough Boys Pizza & Wings

Judged it on cheese pizza - counting toppings is cheating! Their specialty pizzas are good - but let’s be honest about the basic pizza yall. The pizza is lacking - the sauce has little flavor other than salt. Very salty, which isn’t bad but… was looking for maybe a garlic/tomato flavor. The dough is good, they toss their dough in cornmeal which added a nice texture and I’m sure creates a cleaner environment in their kitchen. Super thin pizza, not very fluffy, more dense than a typical dough. Still, I ate a second piece. It’s a good pizza, but it won’t blow your mind.

Margherita pizza. Extra Mozzarella, extra crispy, extra greatness. It’s the pie to beat all pies. Go on and get ye one.

Hard to beat this pizza if you’re looking for great weekly specials and a real solid crust.

Awesome pizza. This is the Black Balsam. Super flavorful. A lot going on with it. Had this and a pepperoni pizza. Perfect crust.
