I had the margherita pizza. The char on the crust was good and definitely on the well-done side. The cheese was solid in the spots it had it, since it was a margherita, and the cheese isn’t evenly spread as it shouldn’t be. The best part of the pizza for me was the sauce. It’s a really tangy tomato-forward sauce, which I love. If you like tangy pizza sauce you would like this pizza. If you don’t, then it’s not your slice. Overall, a good pizza, and I would come back if I’m ever on this side of NC.
