Brick oven style. Great char, not as crispy as expected but tasty crust. Could use more sauce but really good, fresh ingredients. Close to an 8.

Overall, this is an expensive, but very good pizza. The crust was great, but The sauce/toppings felt a little too loose. It could have used a tad more time in the oven, but that is just me nitpicking.

Cheese and meats are good (flown in from Italy or locally sourced), could use more sauce, a little light in that department, like the char on the crust, would like a bit more crisp still tho...score, 7.6, that's a review

Sort of a let down compared to the other Dough by the airport. This is still a great brick oven NYC style slice, but just isn’t as good... the biggest let down is the doughs consistency. It is way too thick and fluffy to be a traditional Napoletana slice. Again, still a great slice and atmosphere, but I’d go to the one by the airport! 8.3, that’s the review!

Pulled Pork Prosciutto! My wife and I loved the Pie. Price is good. Quality ingredients used, and customer service was awesome!

Flavor for days, crispy outer crust but the center was pretty wet and sloppy. And not really a good wet and sloppy. I wanted to give this pizza a score in the eights, but you can't just overlooked underdone Pizza.
