Element Wood Fire Pizza

Up to visit my daughter at college in Minnesota. Decided to try this place out. $16 for this classic pepperoni. A good solid wood fired pizza. Little floppy but still a very easy pizza to eat. Little char on ends and sauce was nice.

Tried the Nordeast and wasn’t disappointed! Undercarriage was gorgeous and the crust overall was very light in density. A lot of flop and a lot of flavor with the toppings.

Could use more crispness but I guess you could tell them to cook yours longer. The Cheese margarita is amazing !

No NY flop. Good crunch on the crust. Good flavor to the crust. Got the Fire. Sauce was spicy. More of a sweet sauce guy. Good amount of cheese. The sauce is the biggest zonk.

Good pizza. Holds up well

The Greatest Pizza I’ve had in my 26 years of Living here at Element Pizza. The crew works quick with incredible care, the pie is the best. The crust, the best, the pizza itself… amazing. Please do yourself the favor of going there!!!

Probably the best pie I've had since moving here from the East Coast. Granted the bar was really set low considering a lot of what these parts were trying to pass off as a solid pizza.

All of Elements pizzas are rock solid. Easily one of the best in MSP

The crust has phenomenal texture and consistency. Limited flavor. The pizza is coal fired and much better than any chain but lacks in flavor a tad. Minnesota pizza - for Good Scandinavians!
