Sausage and greens slice, would've liked an herbier sauce but the crust saved the pie, the crunchy kale was like a seaweed snack in a great way and more sausage would've bumped it through to an 8.... go when you can

Solid fuckin pie outta the southtowns. Really the only place in EA where you can get a pie you'll be happy with sober. If you want grease with a tinge of satisfaction but mainly disappointment, hit up Leo's. For some pie you'd bring home to grandma, get yourself some Elm St

So this review is a mix of the pizza pictured and the 5 or 6 pizzas I have had here before. First off, great flavor all around from the cheese to the sauce to the crust. The ingredients seem really fresh and I believe they have a wood fired oven (don’t quote me on it) which is a big help. The pizza in general is cooked well and the crust has just enough crunch even though it can be on the thicker side. The rest of the pizza is super thin and has a great undercarriage. Personally, this is my favorite pizza in East Aurora.

I thought about this review and how I can support social distancing and get a pizza review in... This place brings the pizza to a fold out table in front or rear delivery is also available. To start, I did “win” a $50 gift card to ESB. Sweet, but let’s get on to why we are here, the pizza. The dough is great and cooked well. Signs of char on the bottom and a crispy crust are a great start. The cheese is fresh and it’s evident this place wants you to taste cheese because the severe lack of sauce. It’s there and spread so thinly that it’s missing in spots. There’s a fine balance of putting the right amount on without weighing the pizza down and ESB tried to play it safe. Overall this is great pizza and it’s unfortunate that I can’t give my take on the sauce but for what it is, I can appreciate. The 8 this place is averaging is high this experience left me scoring it at a 6.7

Huge fan of this local place right in the heart of East Aurora. Great atmosphere with fantastic pizza. Wood oven leaves a nice crispy crust. Huge fan, 8.4
