Crispy crust. Tasty cheese. Decent sauce, but almost none of it. It really needs more sauce. I’d eat it again though.

1 cheese slice, noon on a Friday, $2.75 Across from the famous Sal’s on Mamaranack Ave, which I don’t love. Sals is better than Emilios. Half the cheese fell off on the first floppy bite. Most flop of any slice in a long time. Tasted okay otherwise but didn’t finish in hopes of finding another good slice elsewhere

Needed more sauce, cheese was good, but something about it just didn’t hit right.

Crust was not good, so plain and doughy. It tasted like someone who baked bread for the very first time. Sauce was ok , cheese was basic. Had a white slice as well, also not very good and I regret eating it. Cant believe I’m saying this but Sals>Emilio’s and I think Sals isn’t good either. Disappointing. 5.5 that’s the review.

Great crunch. Zero flop. But def needs more sauce. Its bland without it.

Thin crust, no flop, moderate grease. Sauce not too sweet.
