A good pizza, flirting with very good. Crust baked well, with a little too much black on the edges. High quality cheese, with balance leaning towards too much salty pecorino romano. The sauce was overpowered by the saltiness. Not greasy, with very little flop. With the right balance and a little tomato-y sweetness, easily add a full point. Full of potential, and deserving of the business.
