I give Emo’s an easy 10 l, but I know Dave’s scoring scale. I strongly believe if Dave scores Emo’s they’ll receive better than a 8.7 if they’re ON. 90% of the time they’re ON- perfectly cooked, undercarriage slightly charred, crispy yet perfect chew and texture. Sauce has perfect tang, and body. Always quality and fresh ingredients.
