Eno's Pizza

Crust has a slight crisp on the undercarriage but still fluffy on top. Sauce has some tang to it, cheese is average, pepperonis are really thin and not even crispy

Pretty light on the toppings for a one-topping pizza. Good crispy crust and a great tasting cheese, but also could use a lot more sauce.

Solid pie. Good crisp. As always I’m a sauce guy and more sauce would have taken this much higher.
