Alright Frankie today we are at Bello Pizza (review time June 20th 3:00pm)... & as we have come to find out —> @ Bello their philosophy is that quality can be tasted. They believe that one’s sense of taste can be quantified by both quality and love. Everything they do is for the love of pizza, and they know you will taste the difference. Their menu evolves with the seasons and they are always experimenting with new combinations of flavours to complement their selection of signature favourites. motivation is simple – they adores pizza. Perhaps the one thing they may love more than eating it themselves, is watching a person light up as they take the first bite of a delicious and well balanced pie. Andrew LeBlanc has spent over fifteen years working the wood oven and experimenting with pizza at every stage of the process and in a variety of environments — he was Born from a passion for great pizza and this is translated in every bite—-> Bello Pizza —>one bite everyone knows the rules —> Sauce has serious kick and the cheese was so fresh and stringy and the char on the pie was insane ... dough bubbles are on point with charred tops and the undercarriage is the best we’ve ever had (drop mic 🎤).... the crust had serious crunchy crisp .... it did have flop ... ( some would call it Spicy Pizza Frankie - We wouldn’t - some would - We wouldn’t)...all things taken into consideration 8.4 (professional score) Bello Pizza! It’s the perfect pizza ... it’s fancy pizza with superior ingredients with a football / New York type finish/vibe and a spicy kick ... every bite is better than the last ... did we mention how fresh the highly prized pizza topping fior di latte mozzarella was? And how we tried to order a salad but got denied because they only sell pizza.... and when you take pizza that serious? Well !!! then —> it’s easy to see why we couldn’t stop eating it ... one of the best pizzas we’ve had to date — solid pie— we will be back ... 8.4 that’s a review!
