ESBC The Slice and Pint

Minimal flop, crispy bottom/crust, excellent sauce.

Solid Slice… cup and char pepperoni gets it to 7.9! Place has a great vibe!

Great NY style pizza. Pan is better, IMO. More like a Detroit style. Excellent. Round pizza is like an 8.3 and Detroit is like an 8.6. Averaging and rounding up.

Great under carriage, crunchy crust, a bit of grease, but not enough to complain, thin, and a solid local shop. Dave should stop by next time in lands at LAX

Little flop in the middle, but only the first bite is missing the strong crisp the rest of the slice has. Dough is a little more dense than others, but easy to overlook when it’s this tasty. Less greasy than other ones I’ve seen for this level of crisp. $30 is no joke though

Great place, great pizza. Crowded, large interior with king shared tables and an extra room in the back. The pizza has tremendous character - well done smoked crunch yet soft and chewy crust. The cheese is baked on solid. Only 18” pizzas here, which is limiting.

Great crush and loved the flavor. We had the Margarita pizza.

The dough is great, just get the right toppings. Ate it to quickly to take a good photo

The speciality pizza is called the White Dog. Much better than my Pink Whitney’s bredren rude boy The Whit Dog. It is amazing what an “E” can do. Easy 8.4 on that one

Sauce and bread are good. Football pizza.

10 years later in LA finally find a good pizza joint.

On the greaser side. The dough was a mixture or crispy underneath and softer on top where the sauce is.
