Euro Crepes and Pizzeria

Interesting spot in between my son’s basketball tourneys on west suburbs. $13.50 for one topping small. Thick but flaky crust with a hint of buttery taste. Cheese and sauce were pretty solid. Tough pizza to judge. Reminds me of a very good thicker Central Illinois pizza spot with thicker crust. Could easily score between a 7 and a 7.6 depending on my mood.

At first look, I was a little worried it would be a standard “Rosati’s-esque” pizza but this pie surprised! The crust is a flakey, buttery delight. The sauce and pepperoni have a nice tang. The cheese is pretty good but skirts the thicker side. Initial score was a 7.2 but after my last piece, the crust kept me coming back for more, raising the score to a 7.6!

Solid pie. Good flavor. Crust is flaky but not very crisp. Mozzarella sticks are good!

This place has been on the radar for a while because of their specialty of crepes and pizza. They were one of the only places open for Memorial Day, so I was happy to support. They have different types but I elected for thin. It was a smooth bottom. Cooked nicely. Not very crispy but solid nonetheless. Sauce was savory and sufficient. It had good flavor from additional seasoning. Overall, very impressed!

Owner who is from Grease offered to re-do the pizza if I thought it was too crispy. Bonus points for great customer service. Very solid pizza
