Great crust, sauce a little salty was a surprise. Flavor fantastic, but pricy. Excellent marg Neapolitan. Bonus review was the pistachio pesto, creamy, garlicky,no basil in the pesto, so I’m assuming it was just a “pesto” of pistachio, not substituted pistachio nuts for pignoli nuts, in the basil pesto which was expected. It’s really good. Even well done too flop. Ingredients are 8.0+

Wood-fired pie with a solid crunch with a good flavor. Little too much flop and the crust was a little too dominating which slightly brought the score down. All in all a solid pie though, would go back.

6.3 really flavorful and a good price but the cruise was a little soggy.

Best Pizza in Charleston

I went with sausage & a little well done. Very good pizza, mine had no flop, crust was crispy, very tasty and really light. I’ll definitely be back soon to try their Pork Trifecta pizza….it looks delicious.

Individual 12” Neapolitan Pizza… Gotta get it extra crispy or else it’s flop city. Has a good char and very light pizza. Could definitely use more sauce as there is hardly any. With it being a Neapolitan it’s a good 6.9! Would be a low 7 if there was more sauce. SPECIAL REVIEW: EVO Bakery(Same building, behind restaurant) Chocolate Chip Cookie: 9.8!! Thin and perfect crisp yet chewy on inside. One of the BEST cookies I’ve ever had!!

Margarita is very tomatoey and light on the sauce. Flop is prominent and a good solid crust is present. Not bad, but wouldn’t go out of my way.

Worst pepperoni I’ve ever had didn’t think I would like it from description so only got on half ricotta sauce and cheese for days good fluffy wood fired crust

For a Pizza that has received awards for best in North Charleston it left me disappointed. Very floppy. Stingy on the sauce. Very little oil which is a plus. If cooked a little bit longer it could be a 7.1 maybe

Best pizza I've found so far in the Charleston SC area. I'm from the New Haven CT area. So finding anything close to Pepe's, Sally's or Modern Abeetz is impossible. But so far EVO is a pizza that definitely satisfies my pizza cravings. Otherwise, New Haven is about a 900 mile drive 😁

Evo Pizza Rating - 2.4 Horrible pizza. Crust was soggy. Cheese was bad. Very bland pizza. Couldn’t enjoy any of it.

Ok this is the problem with this place: you’re too fancy. Now if you enjoy this type of pizza, then go for it. I personally didn’t enjoy it. It was not crispy one bit, the sauce was so sweet to a point where it tasted like a raspberry, and there were too many types of cheese. Not going back.

This was ok. Crust was average. Cheese was great. Ingredients seemed fresh. But the sauce seemed very flavorless.

Ordered the pistachio pesto. Taste was good, crust was a little doughy and needed a little more crisp for my liking. Side score, pork trifecta/4 cheese calzone woah! 7.4! Real good!
