Let’s start with the positive: great sauce and cheese. Very well done! The crust has a little too much flop for me but there is still a decent rip. I’d love to see a little crispier bottom. Solid pie!

Hey Dave. Cool to judge other people, but the app doesn’t work for taking live pictures. Just says loading….Anyway, not that you’ll EVER be caught dead in Western North Carolina, but this is the BEST pizza you will find.

Crust was everything you ask for, very good pie.

Fantastic little brick oven joint. Not a lot of flop, sweet sauce, great char. They call it a Margherita base and they aren’t wrong especially with the sauce flavor. Haven’t tried anywhere else but I would be surprised if it wasn’t the best pizza in Asheville.

Great margarita pizza, thin and crispy crust. Staff was very nice, food came out quickly. The table also got the vodka pizza and the New York style and thought they were phenomenal. Smoked wings were awesome as well. Chill place with nice outdoor seating.

Ask for the pizza “well done”. Excellent crust. Crispy crust but still has a satisfying chew. Great crisp, very nice undercarriage. The tomato sauce is what I consider “old school” sauce. They use quality cheese. I had a cheese, a pep, and an arugula pie. The arugula pie was not my thing but others at the table enjoyed it. Out of all the pizza spots I’ve been to in Hendersonville and Asheville this is up there in the top 2 possibly the best. I would have to return to gauge consistency. 8.2 that’s the score o e but everyone knows the rules.

Undercarriage - 8 Crisp/Crunch - 9 Flavor - 9 Staff - 10 8.5 is what I think Dave would give.

It’s a brick oven style pizza that is deceiving on the outside. Very floppy for brick oven, good char, fresh tasting, but muted flavor.

Incredible Margarita Pizza. The crust and the sauce are the shining stars. Very little flop, good char. Sweet tangy sauce. Really good pizza.

Sweet sauce with a rightly crisp underside. Not oily and light enough to enjoy.

Crust is the highlight. If you’re a chewy fan who still wants some crisp you can find it here. Sauce was good, everything balanced. Good Pizza in North Carolina.

Really Great Pizza...Probably my favorite in the area! We got the Regular cheese and the Margherita. I think I prefer the Margherita because I like less cheese.

Without a doubt, Top 3 in WNC! A little flop, great sauce, great crust! Almost like a Neapolitan/NY slice crossover.

Look at the crust on that one! Cook very well and topped with good stuff…no skimping on toppings and quality ingredients. Tangy yet sweet and basil sauce.

Lil grease good under carriage not real crispy but good score

Pizza is always consistent, some would say it’s little on the greasy side but nice crisp but chewy crust. Their Sausage is the best of any pizza I’ve had. Our favorite pizza in town, friendly staff that always remember you and great comfortable spot.

Vodka pizza for the WIN. Great flavor, good crust, not too dry not too chewy, just right! Speedy and friendly service are major bonuses - definitely one of the best pizza joints I’ve been to and tasted! Highly recommend!

A little flop, dough is great, sauce has a nice tang, cheese is delicious crust is crisp could use a few more pepperoni pizza tiny bit of grease. Overall solid pie
