Thick, rubbery cheese is the hallmark of the Fairfax Deli Pizza pie. A thin layer of semi-sweet tomato sauce, crisped pepperonis, and a lightly browned crust add three distinct flavors. But the rubbery cheese and thickness of the crust will remind you of lower end delivery chains. Starting at around $10 this pizza is cheap and good for a last ditch option, but nothing to write home about.
