Fat Dan's Chicago-Style Deli, Carmel

Not NEARLY enough cheese. It’s thin, which I like. Crunchy, but not ideal crunchy. Sort of a let down, but not terrible.

Crust has nice crisp, kind of light on the sauce but it taste fine, cheese taste fresh and plenty enough for a thinner crust pizza, pepperonis are good but wish they had a slight crisp to them
