Solid pie here, worth the taste

Alright Frankie we got a beautiful pie with some things keeping it away from an 8. First and most important: flop city. This is a very well done Neapolitan, and as most neo’s do, this pizza had major flop. The nice staff, flavorful crust, cheese to sauce ratio and overall look make it a solid 7.6. Any Neopolitan fan HAS TO give it a try if they’re in the area.

California 6.7, east coast 5.2, (-1 point deduction for every time zone away from est, -.1 for every 300 miles from tri-state area) equates to a 5.2

Sent that soggy thing back and was told it's the only way it servers... Thank goodness they serve device...

I wanted so bad for this to be great pizza! People around here been talking it up so I had to try a slice. They have a wood oven on display that they put the pizza in and it gives it a nice burnt taste.. ok. But here's the thing - right out of the oven this thing was not hot.. the cheese was melted! But it was still doughy. And there's like no sauce! Also, sorry but look at the picture, one bite everyone knows the rules but that doesn't mean the pizza should be finished in one bite, and this slice was barely as big as a napkin. I will possibly go back someday to see if this was a fluke but this right here? 6.9 and that might even be too generous.
